GQ1. Who is Monin?
GA1. Monin has been
producing syrups since 1912, a tradition that was started by Mr. Georges Monin. Although a family
business, it is truly a global company with 2 manufacturing
facilities, one in France and one in the US. Monin products are available in over 60
countries supplying the highest quality syrup available. For more

GA2. There are several ways to find original
recipes using our syrups. You can:

the continental United States, what can I do?
GA3. There are several options at your disposal:
If you live outside of the Continental USA,
you can check out our list of International
Importers/Distributors.

PQ1. How should I store the syrups?
PA1. Monin syrups are flash pasteurized, which
means that you do not have to refrigerate the products once opened. For
optimum flavor, please store your bottles in a dry environment away from the
sunlight.

OQ1. Is it safe?
OA1. Yes, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which offers
our customer the best protection available. When you see this
(Microsoft) or
(Netscape), it means that you are on a
secure server.

OQ2. What do you do with the information I
entered?
OA2. We only see the information required to carry
out the transaction at hand. We do not see your credit card information which is
sent directly to our bank so your information is safe and confidential. please
refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on what we
do with the information we collect throughout the Monin network.

OQ3. What is the usual turnaround time for an
order?
OA3. We usually process all orders within 24 hours
(1 business day).

OQ4. Who do you use to ship the
syrups?
OA4. We ship everything via U.P.S. We offer Ground
and Second Day air on all orders.

OQ5. What
if I would like to cancel my order?
OA5. ORDER CANCELLATION ñ An order may be
cancelled by responding to the confirmation email or by sending an email to
contact@moninstore.com including your
order number to document the transaction. If the ordered item is in transit,
shipping costs will not be refundable (for more information, please read our
refund policy). Shipment
refused without prior authorization will incur freight and handling charges.

What if I need to return or exchange a product?
OA6. MoninStore.com would like all of our
customers to be completely satisfied with the goods they have ordered. If you
need to return a product, please contact us by email:
contact@moninstore.com. Exchanged goods will be assessed
shipping charges unless the return/exchange is being made due to an order error
on our part.

OQ7. What
is your refund policy?
OA7. Refund Policy - All refunds will be
issued within five business days of the return receipt. A customer service
representative will confirm the refund date and amount via e-mail. Please note
that shipping and handling costs will not be refunded unless the return is being
made due to an order error on our part. A restocking fee of $1 per item will be
charged on all returned items. If you have any additional questions about this
